Nottoway County Emergency Squad | Paid Provider Information

Effective July 15, 2002, The Nottoway County Emergency Squad, Inc. began its EMS provider daytime coverage commitment for the citizens of Nottoway County. It's purpose is to provide the best quality pre-hospital emergency care possible to Nottoway County at all times. Employed are five local full-time paramedics, David Williams, Connie Wallace, Greg Thompson, John Fallen and Ben Walker, and one EMT-I, Robert Price. All employees abide by all NCES operating procedures and by ODEMSA protocols.

All employees are of good character with high moral standards. Their working hours are from midnight to 5pm. Due to our high volume of calls, it is still necessary that our volunteers assist during the day, night, and weekends in order to get all calls answered. Occasionally, all four ambulances will be out at once. You are welcome to stop by and visit us at either our Squad House in Crewe or our Sub-station in Blackstone.
